Services

To  keep your pet healthy, we offer annual and semi-annual physical exams and blood testing.  During your appointment, a thorough history and medical examination will provide your veterinarian with the information needed to determine if any vaccines or medications are needed for your pet's wellness care.  This appointment helps us get to know you and your pet, and gives us the chance to provide educational information on the best ways to keep your pet healthy, well trained, and happy.

For those pets with chronic illness or special needs, semi-annual appointments allow us to keep track of your pet's medical condition, assess any changes that may be needed for your pet's medications, and provide information on any recent advances that could improve your pet's care.

For those times when your pet becomes ill or injured, emergency appointments are available day, night, and weekends. We know how stressful it can be when your pet needs to be hospitalized for an illness, injury or surgery, so calling hours and visiting hours are available during your pet's stay.  Our staff will make sure that we meet your pet's needs, and we promise to answer your questions and concerns in all matters involved in your pet's hospital stay with professionalism and compassion.

  • Wellness Care

We offer alternate year vaccine protocols tailored to your pet's lifestyle, testing for common infectious disease, eye pressure monitoring and routine organ function testing to identify any conditions that may require special care.

  • Hospital Services

Patients too sick to be treated as out-patients can be kept in our hospital area.  We have oxygen cages for respiratory support, blood pressure and heart monitoring, in house blood analyzers, digital radiography  access to a board certified ultrasonographer to help with the diagnosis and treatment of your pet.

  • Surgical Services

We perform routine spay and neuters, elective soft tissue procedures, emergency soft tissue procedures, and have access to a  board certified orthopedic specialist.  All surgical patients are monitored by a technician, blood pressure monitor, respiratory monitor, and oxygenation monitor.  All patients are placed on IV fluids, and their pain management and anesthetic protocol are individually determined based on  a pre-surgical evaluation that incorporates blood testing, radiography, and invasiveness and duration of the procedure.
  • Dental Services

If your pet develops dental disease, he or she can end up with illnesses that develop from complications of bacterial infections that spread from the mouth to the heart, kidneys or liver.  Our clinic offers routine cleanings, oral evaluations to determine the need for extractions, and dental vaccination when indicated.

.

Every patient we see has a unique presentation, and  thus recieves unique care.  If you have any questions regarding our services, please feel free to contact the clinic by phone or e-mail.
